The founders

Two educators who began in the classroom.

The Pedagogy Press was founded by two Teach For India alumni — one a teacher turned instructional designer and product leader, the other a learning & development leader — united by the belief that pedagogy, not content, is where learning is won or lost.

Meher Kiran Singh Kshatri

Co-founder · Curriculum & Content Design

A former high-school teacher turned instructional designer, Meher has spent the past decade weaving 21st-century skills, problem-solving, and scientific temper into middle and high school programmes. He began as a Teach For India fellow teaching Grades 6–7, then stayed with his students for three more years — through their Grade 10 board examinations, with a 100% pass rate.

Over five years at Inqui-Lab Foundation — most recently as Head of Product — he led content and curriculum across programmes including:

  • Project Jigyansa Club — 21st-century problem-solving in the science curriculum for 8,864 government secondary schools, reaching over 300,000 students in Odisha.
  • Project Think & Make — a 2-year problem-solving programme for Grades 8–9 that has impacted over 13,000 students in Telangana, with impact verified by a third-party researcher at Columbia University.
  • Project UniSolve — a blended learning platform built with UNICEF, reaching over 1 million students across Indian states and approximately 100 schools in the Maldives.

He also consults independently on UNICEF's UPSHIFT programme, designing social-innovation and AI-workflow curricula. Meher holds an M.Sc. in Mathematics & Scientific Computing from NIT Warangal.
